Finding The Configuration Page Using The Printer Itself

 

Depending on the type of the printer control panel, follow the steps to print the configuration pages.

Touchscreen control panel

 

      1. Press the Power button to turn on the printer.
      2. Load paper (Plain, or A4, or letter size) in Tray 2.
      3. From the Home screen on the printer control panel, swipe right to navigate, and then touch Reports.
      4. From the Reports menu, touch Configuration/Status Pages.
      5. Select the Configuration Page item, and then touch the Print button to print the Configuration pages.

 

LCD control panel

 

      1. Press the Power button to turn on the printer.
      2. Load paper (Plain, or A4, or Letter size) in Tray 2.
      3. On the printer control panel, press the Home   button.
      1. Press the right arrow   button to navigate and select Reports, and then press the OK button.

 

Note: 
To select Reports for some printer models: Press the
down arrow    button to highlight a menu (Print, for example) on the control panel screen, and then press the right arrow   button to navigate and select Reports.

 

          1. Select Configuration/Status Pages, and then press the OK button.
          2. Use the arrow keys to select the Configuration Page item, and then press the OK button.
          3. Use the arrow keys to select the Print button, and then press the OK button to print the Configuration pages.
